Jaggery products are not returnable once opened. Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped orders.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery timing may differ based on serviceability and location.

Pure ghee begins with pure milk — and that is where true scarcity begins. When milk supply is limited, the making of authentic ghee becomes naturally constrained.

At Forest Flame, we do not rush or dilute that process. The result is ghee that remains pure, but also genuinely limited in availability.
