Return, Refund & Exchange POLICY
Due to the nature of food-grade and consumable products, Forest Flame does not accept returns.
A replacement or refund will be considered only if:

The product was damaged during transit, or

The incorrect product was shipped
Mandatory Video Proof
To raise a valid request:

Customers must record a continuous, unedited video showing:

The sealed package
-
The entire unboxing process
-
The damaged or incorrect product

The video must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.
Resolution Timeline

Claim review: within 48 hours

Replacement shipment: within 2 business days (if approved)

Refund processing: within 7 business days to the original payment method
Forest Flame’s decision on claims is final.
